Copyright Infringement Notification

CurlCompare respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws.

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our service
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent by providing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Designated Agent for DMCA Notices

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the alleged infringer of the removal or disabling
• Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.

False Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.

Repeat Infringer Policy

CurlCompare maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who, in our sole discretion, are determined to have infringed the intellectual property rights of others.

Our Intellectual Property

CurlCompare owns extensive intellectual property including but not limited to:

• Proprietary algorithms and recommendation systems
• Database structures and data compilations
• Software code and applications
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Website design and user interface elements
• Original content and documentation

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
